Having begun her career as part of the duo ‘Heartstreets’, she is now fully dedicated to her solo venture under the alias Laroie.

With this ambitious new project, the singer-songwriter delves into themes of overcoming addiction, temptation, relationships and desire, aiming

to uplift listeners by exploring the entire spectrum of human emotions. Laroie's repertoire draws influence from a myriad of

styles, ranging from a pure R&B downtempo essence to an irresistible attraction to the dancefloor. This sweet combination of grooves and melodies emphasizes the connective aspect of her music.

While gracing the stages of Canada’s Osheaga Festival, Montreal International Jazz Festival, POP Montreal, and many

more, Laroie released her latest six-track EP 'Tragedy' in Spring ‘23. This outing received remix treatments from producers around the globe, including Toribio, Manuel Darquart, Regularfantasy and Hugo LX. Now splitting her time between Montreal, London,

and LA, she is fully focused on songwriting and the creation of new music to be released in 2025.
